Free shipping for all Australian orders over $75. Shipping for any order under $75 within Australia is a flat rate of $8.
Orders are shipped via Shippit, and will take 2-5 days. Please note that some regional areas may take up to 10 days. Once your order leaves us here at more than ever HQ, Shippit send you a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order. We’re not able to ship to post office boxes, as we require a signature as proof of delivery or permission of authority to leave. Please be aware that sometimes delays occur, and once your order is with the courier it is out of our control. Please get in touch with Shippit if such an issue arrises.

Lost or missing parcels
If you don’t receive your more than ever parcel within a few days please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address, arrival at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address, or those held up due to international customs.
When your lovely purchase leaves us, all items are in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us at email@example.com within three days of the arrival your package for instructions. We ask that you include photos of the damaged items and packaging and keep all contents and packaging for insurance claim purposes. Please be aware we are not responsible for any damages in transit and we don’t take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.
